Privacy policy
Who we are
This site, corestrategy.ai, is operated by Core Strategy Solutions LLC ("CoreStrategy", "we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold about you, email compliance@corestrategy.ai.
What we collect
We collect very little, and only what the site needs to work.
- Contact form. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address, the company or project you enter, and your message.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
- Nothing else. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, and the site sets no cookies.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It runs without cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not identify individual visitors. Cloudflare receives the page address, referrer, browser type, and the usual connection details of the request, and shows us only aggregate counts. Cloudflare states it does not track individual visitors across sites.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and decide together whether there is a fit for working together.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and delivers contact-form messages to us by email.
- Google Workspace is where we read and keep our email, including your message.
- Cloudflare provides the cookieless analytics described above.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address and browser type as with any web request. Google states it does not use these requests to identify or track visitors.
These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation is live, and we delete them on request.
- Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then discarded.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email compliance@corestrategy.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law.
This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through it. Because there is no tracking to switch off, the site does not change its behavior in response to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Health information
This site is not for patient communication and is not designed to receive protected health information. Please do not send patient or health information through the contact form. If we receive it anyway, we will delete it.
Children
The site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the systems that hold your message is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Effective date: October 22, 2026.
